why does the steel series act 1 go back to 48 percent volume when I disconnect it from the computer and why does it also go to 100 percent when I connect it. This is an issue because even when it's at 100 percent the volume is too low. I have to turn the switch to xbox for my blue tooth so that the volume is way louder and none of these issues exist, but eventually the audio cuts off because the switch is supposed to be turned to pc so I have to turn it back. Even the steel series app will have it listed as 100 percent when looking at the volume

the older headsets probably just show up as standard bluetooth headsets, but the nova 5's bluetooth probably has some sort of endpoint that allows them to change the headset's settings

SteelSeries Sonar has “Device Fallback” that will automatically switch the outputs on Sonar.
Fallback can be triggered when a device is unavailable (such as when booting your PC or unplugging a device), or it can switch outputs if it detects if a Nova headset is turned off, and automatically switch to speakers.
This fallback functionality can be adjusted or turned off by going into the settings in GG. You can find it under Settings > Sonar > Backup Device Switch.
You can also adjust the order in which devices fall back to. This can be adjusted in the same options menu. Simply scroll down to see the full list of devices.

Not really.. Only suggestion I can think of would be a mouse with a lot of buttons so that you can remap keyboard keys onto those like this one but it won't be easy to adapt to. Both Xbox and PlayStation has accessible controllers you can look into
