Started with BF 2042 since its pretty casual, started getting a hang of it with 2200 dpi and 20 in-game sensitivity, but i see its mostly recommendet to use 800-1600 dpi and 8-16 ingame sensitivity, tried that now for a few hours and it kind of sucked, is it worth it to learn those settings?

GM everyone. 2 steps away from sending my Arctis 9x to Oblivion!
All worked well for years and now the sounds stutters when connected to the Wireless adapter and is just plain horrible when connected on bluetooth.
I guess it's a PC/driver issue since BT works fine when connected to my ipad.
I tried: deleting all wireless adapter/BT drivers + anything that looks Steelseries under 'device'
Up top date on all drivers, graphic card drivers etc.
Up to date on firmware.
Tried to restore windows to an earlier version.
Spent 3 days on this, I'm tired!

Backlight Issues? Try downgrading the "firmware".
It is probably best to uninstall GG, but I just installed 62.0.0 over 66.0.0.
-Close GG.
-Install 62.0.0 and click 'ignore' to any dialog boxes.
-Open GG.
-Unplug the keyboard.
-Hold down the scroll wheel and the media button and plug it back in.
-GG should say the keyboard needs resetting/FW update.
It should "downgrade" to 4.9.1 (I was on 4.15.7 KB MCU / LED MCU)
It should be ok to install GG updates, just don't update the FW. I think you have to manually install FW updates anyway.
I am on the "legacy" Apex Pro TKL and my issue was the blacklight wouldn't work when waking the PC from sleep.`

Event Logs:
- Open Windows Search field
- Search for Event Viewer. The Event Viewer will appear
- On the left side of Event Viewer, choose Windows Logs and from the dropdown click on Application
- If you see any errors, click on the error and a description of the error will appear at the bottom of the page
- If this error relates to Sonar, right click and Save Selected Events
- Zip the file and upload to this ticket

@west quartzok here's something to try uninstall it remove it completely clearing appdata temp it won't let you delete things that are running, then get ccleaner free version install and run the registry tool and scan then fix and review any sonar or gg entries save the registry when asked then open a cmd with admin rights at the prompt type sfc /scannow let that run then reboot then download a fresh copy of gg then install then login hopefully

Either have sound playing from them (doesnt work the best) or you can manually do it although it through settings. does tend to reset every now and then

In order for apps to output to the other devices in Sonar, you'll need to route the apps to the specified device. Routing can be done in one of two ways:

Use the routing drag and drop interface underneath the audio outputs to simply move any apps playing sounds to the required output

Open the Windows sound device by going to Settings > Sound > App Volume and Device Preferences. From this settings menu you can use the dropdown to route any app.
If you are having issues with routing not working or apps moving back to another device after dragging them, you may need to check the app itself for any sound output settings. Some apps like Discord, Spotify, and Apple Music may need to have their outputs changed within their app settings rather than done through Sonar.
