I have an issue where my power settings are ignored on my Win 11 PC if GG is open. The monitor won't turn off, the PC won't enter sleep mode automatically(manual sleep still works), Bluetooth Dynamic Lock will not work. The moment GG is closed, this is resolved. Hi Shard, I helped a friend with this issue, they had to add Steelseries to their firewall. Are you running windows? do you use a VPN?

I have seen several solutions to that issue. One is to end the task in task manager, then open GG once as Admin. See instructions here - https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060998272-Is-GG-not-opening
This did not solve my friends issue, but it may solve yours.
This is what ultimately solved my friend's issue
Open Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.
Add incoming rules for SteelSeriesGGClient.exe, SteelSeriesGG.exe, and SteelSeriesEngine.exe separately. Allow them to connect.
Add outgoing rules for SteelSeriesGGClient.exe, SteelSeriesGG.exe, and SteelSeriesEngine.exe separately. Allow them to connect.
Completely close all SteelSeries software in Task Manager.
Launch SteelSeries GG and it should work.
Just a quick note I am NOT affiliated with Steelseries, nor am I a source of any OFFICIAL help, I am just sharing what worked for a friend with that issue.

SteelSeries Sonar has “Device Fallback” that will automatically switch the outputs on Sonar.
Fallback can be triggered when a device is unavailable (such as when booting your PC or unplugging a device), or it can switch outputs if it detects if a Nova headset is turned off, and automatically switch to speakers.
This fallback functionality can be adjusted or turned off by going into the settings in GG. You can find it under Settings > Sonar > Backup Device Switch.
You can also adjust the order in which devices fall back to. This can be adjusted in the same options menu. Simply scroll down to see the full list of devices.

yeah man its just something you have to remember to do when you use the bluetooth. at worst case it auto turns off after like 30 minutes of inactivity. there's a setting that dictates that timeframe

Hey guys, my headset (arcits nova pro) just randomly stopped playing audio. Its connected to the box and also my computer registers the headset, but there is no sound. The battery is full and I changed nothing in the setting. I was ingame as the sound just randomly dissapeared. Ive updated sonar and restarted my pc, the headset and the box a view times. Nothing helped. Any ideas??? I also reseted the box settings and reinstalled the sonar software.
