Hello everyone, I just bought a second-hand SteelSeries keyboard, and I really like it. However, the first two rows on the top (excluding the F1-F12 keys and Escape) don't seem to type at all. Hi I have a problem with a SteelSeries Arctis Pro GameDAC headset, suddenly I can't hear anything anymore. I have Steelserie Sonar - Gaming audio output and it does not detect the microphone. 9a detects sounds but nothing comes out of the headphones. sonar isnt a case of being supported by your games
its kinda like a digital audio re router
if you only have 2 channels for example, microphone and headphone. sonar can split it up into headphone, media & aux. along with microphone

SteelSeries Sonar has “Device Fallback” that will automatically switch the outputs on Sonar.
Fallback can be triggered when a device is unavailable (such as when booting your PC or unplugging a device), or it can switch outputs if it detects if a Nova headset is turned off, and automatically switch to speakers.
This fallback functionality can be adjusted or turned off by going into the settings in GG. You can find it under Settings > Sonar > Backup Device Switch.
You can also adjust the order in which devices fall back to. This can be adjusted in the same options menu. Simply scroll down to see the full list of devices.

Good evening, since recently my on device chatmix function of my arctis 7 doesnt...
ive had this bug for so long. when it bugs out like this, it ruins all my audio. no audio goes in or out, cant change voice/game chat level on the dock, have to do it on the app even though it was working fine last week.
i deleted the whole app and lost thousands of clips because it annoyed me so bad, reinstalling the app did not help. still no clue how to fix it w

the keyboard keycaps are printed wrong, in my opinion the numbers on the top row are printed above the symbols. the other symbol keys are the same way, with the shifted key printed on the bottom. i want ANY keycap not made that way. like, something NORMAL. i am seeing on prismcaps that they are printed side by side which i can deal with but this under the numbers business is driving me batty.

SteelSeries Sonar has “Device Fallback” that will automatically switch the outputs on Sonar.
Fallback can be triggered when a device is unavailable (such as when booting your PC or unplugging a device), or it can switch outputs if it detects if a Nova headset is turned off, and automatically switch to speakers.
This fallback functionality can be adjusted or turned off by going into the settings in GG. You can find it under Settings > Sonar > Backup Device Switch.
You can also adjust the order in which devices fall back to. This can be adjusted in the same options menu. Simply scroll down to see the full list of devices.

i can't fully remember but i think for bluetooth, since it's just a direct connection to the phone (as in it goes phone > headset and doesn't talk to the DAC) there's no volume control on the DAC
so the expectation is to use the volume controls on the phone to turn it up/down

ive been using the nova pro wireless for the past few months and the past week have had audio issues but have been able to fix them by going into settings and changing where the sound is playing from.. now i have no sound and no online fixes work.. but they work fine on my xbox?
