First the insanely silly VPN issue and it's kill my keyboard imputs when it shits the bed. I've been buying steel series still since the rival 300 came out and sold loads of it when I worked retail while touting how solid it was. I'm done, this clearly isn't the same company that it once was based on how the sub reddit is acting regarding RMAs. Guys I have Steel Series Arctis Pro + GameDAC and after updating the driver through GG it-s not working properly. Every time I turn on my PC it only shows "Headset Earphone (GameDAC Chat)" and no "Speakers (GameDAC Game)" until I unplug and re-plug my GameDAC.. Anyone knows a fix?

I installed SteelSeries GG just after i bought my Arctis 1 Wireless, but now my laptop keeps switching between all these outputs randomly. When my headset is turned off it still says that my Arctis 1 is the audio output somehow. How can i make it so that the arctis 1 is just listed here, not all the subparts (the sonar names)?

Also is it normal that the back of the ear-peace thing (idk if it has a name but the part that goes over the ear lol) touches my ear and hurts a bit after a while? I only had my headset for a day or two, so maybe it just needs to be broken in a bit?

I just got a wired Nova Pro. It sounds wonky.. Like ''Deep'' not crispy. -- Before this I had 50$ IEM earbuds and they sounded a lot clearer.

I can tell footsteps and interactions fine, but its just the overall sound seems hollow/deep. When I turn EQ on and Off the sound is somewhat different b ut maintains the non-crisp/heavy/hollow sound.

Hello. Suddenly "Alt" key is perma pressed on my Apex Pro Mini and i cant use the keyboard, everything i type has alt pressed. Closing, usb, bt, alt is perma pressed. Reinstall software, perma pressed. Once i type random crap, it turns off "alt" key press for a bit and if i switch bt/cable it starts again. you put with the syringe a continuous thin line of lubricant that covers the entire perimeter of the white plastic actuator (as if you wanted to cover the crevice between the actuator and the clear plastic case). The more lube you add and the bassier and quieter they become (also more lube = less clackiness), if you add a tiny amount of lube they remain very clacky but they lose that annoying powdery sound they make when pressed vigorously. Also you can add a tiny amount of lube on the 4 plastic stems inside the keycap to make them even bassier.
