i honestly dont know what the routing is supoosed to do really, but all my shit works just fine on default audio an no routing

just make sure you have ur inputs sett properly in pc sound setting, make them all the default device and all your apps should work normally on default settings. if you have crap like an extra streaming mic an such to deal with your out of my depth

see how i have my sonar stuff set to defaul device? if you have these right then every app you use should function properly on default settings.

again NM, when its broken you dont have the gear, but the box that shows the mic input is a drop down. maybe you have the wrong one selected. yours has an "S" at the beginning an mine has "2" as the first character. Mine says "2-Artis Nova Pro". i assume the "S" iis for steelseries though, but maybe....

Hello, first time here so I'm not sure if this is the wrong way to go about this. I recently bought an Alias Pro and with that started using Sonar for the first time and am encountering some serious problems. When I'm using Sonar almost all music is removed? But I'll still hear the lyrics to songs though very distorted? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I'm on Windows 11 and a 2023 LG Gram Laptop. Be advised I have a Blackshark v2, and their software is absolute garbage. Which is why I bought the SS headset. Razer is well known for their terrible software, confusing websites, etc. Recently they started changing how the software works, issuing multiple updates, and broke a lot of things, including the Blackshark. And you have to use multiple tools and manual deletions and edits to totally remove the software, it installs over over your PC, and the removal tool doesn't remove it all. In particular, the recent problems with Blackshark is the software causes it to hiss and pop, or not work at all. Just go read the forums before you jump in. It's a wonderful headset, but I'm telling you, google a bit on their software first.

It was also randomly disconnecting in game, and removing all sound devices in Windows sound settings. It would crash, and when you looked at the Windows sound settings ALL sound devices gone, including the PC speakers. Required a reboot everytime to make windows show sound devices again.

I recently sold my Xbox Series X and I thought swapping out the base station for my Nova Pro Wireless X to a normal Nova Pro would let me gain that second USB port. While it pairs just fine, I can't seem to update the firmware using the GG/Engine software because it says the headset is not detected. Is this just not possible to do?
