Anyone else that owns an Arctis Nova Pro that has trouble connecting it to more than one device using bluetooth? It also causes problems to connect to the same device with both bluetooth and dock, but isn't as big a problem as I can simply not connect the dock to my workstation.

it’s a little finnecky dealing with sonar and voicemeeter at same time but I’ve done it before

I'm losing my mind trying to figure this out. I just got a SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset this week, but I can't get Sonar to work with it.Only SteelSeries Sonar - Chat is actually playing audio when routed to any output device. They all appear to be registering sound with their audio visualizers, but only the Chat one plays sound through any speakers, headphones or otherwise. Mic is picking up my voice just fine. I've just fully uninstalled and reinstalled the software and am experiencing the same issue. I turned my laptop off and on again and am experiencing the same issue. I repeatedly tried changing the playback device for Game, Chat, Media and Aux. I've set every audio device to the default settings with the recommended button in Sonar. I disabled audio enhancements on SteelSeries Sonar - Gaming, SteelSeries Sonar - Chat, SteelSeries Sonar - Aux and SteelSeries Sonar - Media. I looked all over the support site at https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us/categories/203991328-GG-Software and found no answers. If I go through the Test Sound options for Game, Chat, Media, Aux and Mic, only Chat and Mic work correctly even though they've all got my headset marked as the playback device. Can anyone help me understand what I'm doing wrong and/or help me troubleshoot this?

Although I highly recommend just using desktop capture + elevated capture instead of depending on game detection

I want to use the device fallback, by default my audio bar is connected and should be priority one, but it always sets the headset (which is off) as default every #@$$%#@ time I boot Windows, it overrules Windows settings but it's needed to use the audio mix. Hello, when I select "Steel Series - Chat" in my output for Discord, I get zero sound from discord. I see the bar in the Sonar interface for Chat move, but no sound. And I already turned the wheel on the side of the headset for Chat all the way up, so its not muted there.

That's not a USB headset, so the short answer is that you can't

Engine only supports USB headsets and products

Please note that analog headsets use your on-board audio drivers to run the headset. Due to this, analog headsets are not compatible with SteelSeries Engine and will not show up on the device list in GG.

hi 1. Please unplug your keyboard (and dongle if applicable) from your device.

2. Hold the SteelSeries key + I + O and plug the keyboard into your device.

3. All Omnipoint keys should be lit up yellow. (You can release the SteelSeries key + I + O keys)

4. While the keys are yellow, please press every Omnipoint key until it has bottomed out at least once. (Pressing too soft will not work - make sure the keys are completely pressed)

5. Omnipoint keys that have been fully pressed will change to a soft white color.

6. Once all Omnipoint keys are fully pressed, the SteelSeries key + I + O keys will pulse red.
   a. To save new calibration values, press the SteelSeries key + I + O and the keyboard will save the new calibration values and begin normal operations.

b. To exit onboard calibration without saving new values, unplug/replug keyboard at any time.

Heyh guys, lately I got interested in trying to develop my own App to change the LED color of my Qck Prism Cloth based of what happens in game (games like Red Dead Remption, GTA, Apex, Minecraft).

Previously, I already tried to do it with the built-in Discord App. Whenever I would mute, one side of my Mousepad would become red.
Everything perfect so far, but the annoying thing is that, upon unmuting, the mouse pad would turn off, which isn't that cool... .

So, before trying to develop my app, I want to make sure it doesn't happen in other contests, and that it goes back to the default color after the event ends.

Many SteelSeries headsets come with Sidetone, which allow you to hear yourself through the headset’s mic for better clarity when talking.

if its less than two years old theyll prolly replace them if you still have proof of purchase. therye really good about that. i really wish theyd beef up that part of the headphones though. already had one break in the same spot three or four years after i got them. i still bought the new arctis, but theyll die the same way one day too

welp. i aint sittin here waiting to help, but id check default imputs an make sure none of them changed. if thats good then id prolly reinstall the engine software and see if that fixed the association that somehow got broken. barring that steelseries support is pretty responsive. send them a request an let the pros help in a day or so
