you can copy all of the files from the configuration (can't remember where they all are because I've done the same thing for GG and other programs and they're all different... then uninstall the software and reinstall it... copy the configuration files back into the original folders and you'll have all the settings back

you will have to look up where the files are that you will need to copy out and paste back in though

Installed SS GG.
Updated headphones.

In GG I can see spacial sound but nothing related to DTS. DTS unbound shows unlicensed when I try setting the sound output to just headphones not SS GG.

In windows 10 it showed the License on unbound fine and let me choose them from the windows taskbar sound settings.

I've reinstalled per the instructions on the SS website. I've followed others advice but I'm really at a loss now.

as far as im aware, this issue means ur gonna have to edit that particular clip elsewhere

you can still use the file stored wherever you have it directed to,

but you'll have to edit and upload the clip(s) not encoding properly from ur file explorer

The volume is down low and it's not coming from the mic, it's like some sort of weird audio distortion and crackling, almost as if there's a loose wire but there's no problem when the audio isn't play so I'm thinking it could be a software issue.

Fixed it, needed to tweak some settings and reset my PC. Seems like there was a problem when I kept it on overnight and the audio software.

and you’ll find an option that will have some X Hz on it

Hello everyone! Bought Arctics Nova Pro a few months ago and decided to also get Arena 3, since I could use the same dock to switch between them (from what I found at the setup process). However I am not being able to make them work with the Arctics Nova Pro dock. When I connect them directly to the PC and switch the Sound Output to the Arena 3, it works perfectly, but when I connect them to the dock, nothing happens. The jack is connected between the Headset door at the speaker and Line Out at the dock. Is there any additional setup required?

You should plug it into the Aux or PC port on the back of the speakers, since those are inputs into the speaker. The "headset" plug is actually an output.

Well, I have the apex pro + gamedac; I don't use the general setting anymore but since you are connected to the sonar you use similar settings. So if you show me all the settings you have maybe I can tell you

if you're using sonar you can just turn on clearcast noise cancellation and that should get rid of 90% of the background noise
