I have been using my Arctis Pro + Gamedac for a while and decided to try and use Steelseries GG Sonar. I am playing Escape from Tarkov and using Discord

I cannot make the mic work in Discord - it simply does not work when I use the Steelseries GG "app" - what can go wrong? I ahve tried all the different things that I can chose udnber mic in the Discord settings and Windows 11 - nothing can make it work

I have an Apex pro MINI, and I would like to use ImageSync, the app. One small issue though, the app only properly works on full sized keyboards, so when it plays out a gif, it plays it very off centered and to the right because it thinks that I have a 100% keyboard. That's a Windows update thing, not sure what you want us to do here? It's handled through the Windows driver system. Have you plugged in a SteelSeries product at some point?

hey, i cannot find a good answer anywhere, so im trying here, i just bought an Arctis Nova Pro and i am using it on a ps4 playing MW3, everyone says they can barely hear me even with PS4, MW3 and GameDac mic volume maxed out, my mic is touching my mouth and they still say im low, using sonar works but i cant use that on ps4 so im kind of lost as to what to do, is there any way to make adjustments to the mic volume on pc that can be saved to the headset?

In my honest opinion, I recommend never removing the C-drive unless it malfunctions. Just change the secondary SSD storage and upgrade it. When upgrading, copy everything over to an external disk first then copy back and everything will feel exactly the same.

Question is are you looking to swap your C drive that you use for the OS or just wanting to add more storage? If your wanting to replace your OS drive its better you just reinstall your OS with the old drive removed and then boot with the new C drive and move things over and then format it. But that depends on what you are wanting out of it.

Uninstall steelseries restart your pc and repair your headset to your dac when you reinstall steelseries when your pc boots up. I had this issue 3 days ago was pissed off and this worked just fine.

Contact SS support AND the retailer, they may just swap it for you. Do you have any oportunity to try it in another machine. btw what machien are you connecting to and is it native USB C port or are you using a USB/dock?

wierd question time, but youre laptop is connected to the main, some laptops when running on just battery will use a "power save" mode

I use the headphones at -27 on the EQ, but it happens very often that when there are software updates the headphones feel low and I have to set the EQ to 0, and then go back to the same as before with future updates

I only have the system monitor app turned on which only affects the keyboard screen

actually my headphone have been acting up since I bought them

the steelseries engine wouldnt work on them Id have to save the changes I wanted and then press save and then make another change for it to take the command
Lets say the LEDs were off
I set them to Blue and pressed save (nothing happens)
then I set them to Red and press save and they would take the previous command and turn blue

couple of things I jwould love to see from Sonar. mic monitoring, a functional minimal UI setting, more compression function, voice fx featueres

almost surely not the fault of any steelseries product (unless youre using some kind of steelseries app to clip it, not sure if that exists). More likely to be a setting within the software you used to clip it.

make sure you are using sonar and that both your game footage and chat footage are being routed through your mixer (open Sonar with chat and game running to check your sound routing. as long as both are showing through the mixer (far lefy) the sound should be present in the clip capture
