you should be back to check that in the GG Engine section with the DAC pluged in, if itll show in the gear section youll be able to see a lil setting gear on the right of it. "About" should give you the info

only reason Id see that the courser wouldnt move is if the sensor is low sensitivity, or really low DPI or has a "pickup" sensor to prevent that. I think some do have that kind of sensor.

You should check it in Engine and make sure the headsets firmwares up to date

I only had that Issue once and updateing everything seemed to prevent it from happening again, but its tech, so you never know. Id honestly put in a Support ticket on Steelseries website to check it all out and make sure its up to snuff and prevent future issues

I've seen cases where having a vpn installed messes with the login system, so something you can try is uninstalling both the vpn and GG. Restart the PC and install GG again and see if that helps. Then install the vpn again

Hello, I've had an arctis nova 1 headset for a few days now and I don't understand why the GG application doesn't detect the headset's microphone. Does anyone have a solution?

Analog audio devices are headsets/speakers that use the 3.5mm headphone jack as the primary way to connect to the PC or console.

Please note that analog headsets use your on-board audio drivers to run the headset. Due to this, analog headsets are not compatible with SteelSeries Engine and will not show up on the device list in GG.

If you are having audio issues, here's a few steps to try:

• Reseat all cable connections to verify they are fully plugged in. The 3.5mm connection will require that the cable be plugged in fully for correct audio. Make sure all connections are clean and free of dirt. Additionally, please check that you have the correct end of the cable plugged into your PC, as some SteelSeries Nova headsets have unique cables that must have the correct end plugged into the headset.

• Verify that you are plugging the headset into the correct port. Some PCs may have split headphone and microphone audio jacks, so using a splitter for these devices is required to make the mic work. Hi, i bought myself a Arctis nova pro wireless headset for my pc. It works perfect for pc even if its xbox edition but the problem now is that i bought ps too and i cant use xbox port for ps.
