Your issue has to be something with software I would think but I don't know rn what else would do that. You could try watching a video on how to set up the gamedac to make sure you did it correctly.

Short question guys about the LED in the keyboard. Is it normal, that 2 buttons have different colors? I'm using the QERTZ thingy, and next to the Ä and next to the Y those two keycaps have always another color

Hey everyone, I need some help. I installed Version 54 today and now I do not have any sound effects as before in v.53. No loudness enhancedments, no spartial audio, no effects (e.g. Music bright) in the mixer settings for listening music and playing a game. I have only the effect setting in the Engine which works. I replugged my Arctis Nova 3 and Arctis 7x+ but still no Sonar effects. Anyone of you has a solution??

The headset isn't advertised to do that? They are made so that you can listen to the sound from the PC or console, not send the audio from the console to the PC, that'd be a completely different product

You'd typically be using a capture card to get the video and sound from a console into the stream

Which I believe can then be handled by Sonar and used for streaming

Sonar in general is no longer working. It is activated but all effects, loudness enhancedment ect. are no longer working. I tested several mixer settings during playing a YT video to hear the different but it sounds all the same (e.g. Music: Bright, Movie: Inmersion). Spatial Audio no longer working when activated. Tuning no longer working, ect. I reinstalled v.54 but it didn't work. It is like that Spatial is there but it isn't there.

I am running into an issue where when I route my stream into obs, the game sounds cuts out when it gets to quiet. It used to work and I don't know what happened but one day it just started having issues. It cuts the background music out of my streams and is causing issues. I've got a temporary work around for it but would prefer that it work how it used to.

But after a short while it lost the USB connection and tried to renonnect then. After checking I have only the "GameDAC Chat" in my list and "GameDAC Game" is gone. Hello, does anyone know why my headset seems to disconnect so frequently? I currently have the USB-C dongle plugged into my Hub. My laptop is plugged into my Hub when I'm using it at home. However, it seems that any time I disconnect my Laptop from the hub, it disconnects. This is noted by the light on the dongle going out, which causes me to have to take out and replug-in the dongle. ive reinstalled GG 20 times

when i switch microphone, in discord settings, from sonar to just clear steel series 7 mic the problem looks to disappear. but i would like to stay with the sonar mic. :))
