Mainly depends on the day and time. Support doesn't work weekends, so if you sent a ticket in today the earliest someone would get to it would be tomorrow. They're also US based in the CST timezone so if you submit a ticket outside of normal business hours it wouldn't be checked until the next day or later. But once your initial ticket gets put through to an agent the whole process is usually pretty streamlined from my experience with them

Please remake what you did with the Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless, but better.
The Nova 7 Pro Wireless is alright, but falls apart in a lot of regards especially given how Surround Sound is not built into the GameDAC.
