did you make sure you put the mouse in pairing mode? you gotta hold the CPI button when turning on BT so it activates paring mode and then it'll show up in BT menus.

the problem with programs like this is that they can sometimes pull drivers that were posted by the manufacturer of the audio device, but may have not been approved by the manufacturer of the PC, so it may download a driver that could act wonky

the big issue is that trying to press a key slightly is way harder than pressing a controller trigger slightly due to the different ergonomics and button weights

it's an issue called cross talk. it can be caused by any number of things like cables not being connected properly to a physical issue with the cables/headset. best thing to do is to contact #official-support about it.

Alright, I have a noob question here. I’ve used Astro a40s and their corresponding command centre. This year for Christmas I received a set of Nova Arctis 7p. Excited for the new change, especially going wireless, I downloaded the GG app on my PC and was able to connect the NP7 no problem. My question is, it states that ‘sonar’ now works on console (I’m a PS5 player) so when I select an audio profile from the list of games, say Modern Warfare 3, does it automatically set the EQ on the headset? Or is sonar only available for those DAC? I just don’t see a ‘sync’ button anywhere to confirm it’s loaded on the headset.

idk if this was said but if your headset does have a mic but wont work witht the aux port then go to realtek audio console and click "device advanced settings" then under " connector retasking" you will ee "analog" you should see "headset" in the box. click the box and select " headset (with microphone)"

to be fair, i've seen people brick their headsets since in the past they published a way to recover some frozen headsets. the method they published only worked on the arctis 7 / arctis pro wireless but people were using it for arctis 1s and arctis 9s and then they bricked them. so if they have a method to recover the mice then i'd be ok with them only sending the instructions after they're sure they're not gonna misuse it.
