I had an issue where I had a firmware update today and I tried to download it nothing happened.

I restarted my PC and tried again nothing..

I switched USB ports for the Headset and base station and no more update and my headset works

So I am trying to see if I have the most update firmware for my headset.

my best advice would be try a different USB port first: specifically on the back of the PC on the top row

make sure the receiver is also line-of-site to the mouse not obstructed

there is a hidden button under one of the earcups

youll need like a paperclip to reset it

left ear cup with the mic

then plug your headset with the provided USB into your pc and then update it

the instructions say to press for about 1 second

So, i gave up completely on steelseries. Absolutely rubbish product. I cant say they are all bad, but for some reason EVERY headset except the arctis pro works. Ive given lots of time into it and it still sucks. Maybe in a different lifetime itd be better.

If you need s good mic i recommend a hyper x quadcast boom mic and any good headphones. Dont waste your time on steel series products.

I couldn't find a solution on the web to my issue.
I'm using Steeslseries Sonar as my default EQ & audio setting on Windows.
I notice everytime I use Sonar micro for my microphone input, it automatically keeps lowering my microphone gain on the windows setting.
I can't find a box to untick or an option in Sonar setting to prevent the app from managing my microphone gain while I'm using it.

Would you have an idea to help me fix that inconvenience ?

I love how my Apex Pro Mini just basically died after the firmware update. Even after recalibrating all the keys, it spam registers keys and when it doesn't, holding down backspace or space is either buggy & inconsistent, or way too fast and doesn't wait the initial delay.

Hi can someone help ? , recently I bought the SteelSeries Nova Pro Wireless headphones, and everything works except for one of the batteries. With the spare one, the battery that came inside the headphones works correctly; it charges in both the headphones and the wireless base station. However, the second non-functioning battery did not charge overnight in the base station or in the headphones after about 2 hours. The base station detects the battery but cant charge it. I contacted SteelSeries customer support, and they suggested charging the battery in the headphones for about 2 hours, but it didn't help; it still shows 0 bars on the screen. I also tried resetting the base station, but it didn't work. I think the battery is simply defective, but what surprises me is that the base station detects the battery and still doesn't charge it. Additionally, the battery itself was new and didn't work from the beginning. What can I do?

I got steelseries arctis 9 but when I try power them on a red light comes up they only turn on when there on charge but they won’t connect to my ps5 they are fully charged never had this problem until yesterday

You might have a defective LED. Try setting the full keyboard to solid colors and check each color (Red, Green, Blue)

You might find that the key turns off when displaying one of the colors, often blue

The blue LED is dead on one of my Apex Pro keys and I think blue is the most often one to die from what I've heard from people here

But others can die as well

Nova Pro wireless.. Huehuehue. I would suggest checking reviews and deciding based of that. The Nova headset is the newest though for what it's worth
