Hi, how do i receive tech support, i keep having this issue with arctis nova pro wireless where i hear myself kinda, disabled sidetone, listen is off, i tried the live chat it just brings me in a loop with microphone issues. I dont understand, had no issues untill the GG software updated a time or 2 ago, I did the firmware update, after that it worked fine, then did the GG update again, now we are back to square one. and if i mute my mic it doesnt go away, its still this strange background white noise.

I'm here to ask you if you've ever had a problem with the Steelseries website? I placed an order for over €500 on 15/11/2023 and to date I still haven't received anything!

Of course I contacted the after-sales service because I received the wrong tracking number. Then, after more than a week, I got 2 different ones, but they were still stuck in "label creation" status.

The after-sales service told me that the problem was with UPS, but UPS told me the opposite, and even said that if the status was stuck on "label creation", it meant that the parcel had never arrived with them...

I sincerely doubt the word of the after-sales service who always tell me to check with their warehouse ... The first time, the parcel left but the battery was dangerous, the second time the parcel has just left (so I have 2 different tracking numbers but the after-sales service only gives me one) and the third time, the after-sales service asks again where the parcel is and if it has really left their premises ...

This is very dishonest and I would like to know if anyone is experiencing the same problem at the moment. I'm not here to criticise Steelseries, it's a brand that I've been buying for years, and I've never had the slightest problem, but I have to admit that I've come across an OS.

PS: I'd rather they told me an item wasn't in stock and waited until they received it before sending me my order, rather than taking me for an idiot and coming up with a thousand different, incoherent excuses ...

on the mini keyboards the function keys are on the meta layer which you access by holding the steelseries key. so alt+f4 would be SS key + alt + 4

the printing on the side of the keys should show you what each key is bound to the meta layer by default

you need to click on "My PC" in file explorer. You'll click on the C drive which may be titled Local Drive or Local Disk. Then you need to click on users, and the folder corresponding to your account. the folder name will somewhat resemble your user name but it won't be the full name. for me it was called "howar"

if it still isnt showing you need to click on the View tab, and make sure to enable viewing hidden folders and items

Hello. I have a bit of a complicated audio setup and looking for a little bit of assistance with this and sonar.

I have a HiFI Cable input clamped to 7.1 surround with a bunch of EQ for ONLY Call of Duty. I route this through VoiceMeeter in order to get a virtual output for clean unfiltered audio for the rest of my Games, browser, discord etc. Is there a way I can get Sonar to capture CoD without having to swap my game source in the Sonar mixer every time i switch games? I was thinking I could just set the HiFi cable to the "AUX" Source on Sonar but every time I try to drag Call of Duty HQ to the aux section, it just shoots back to the "apps to be routed" section and then i cant move it from there until I close and re-open CoD.

Built in Dolby Digital Surround sound, ear quality was excellent, and it supported Digital Optical In/Out.

It didn't sound like the audio was coming from right inside my head like some cheap headphones do

Here's one tip of advice for you... Stay away from anything that's not cherry-MX keycaps... there's one keyboard I had - forgot which exactly, but the keycaps broke so easily inside the keyboard.

All I remember is that they were made with 2-prongs that held the keys in.

**Now... ** I do not mash my keys, I am not a child - I can be pushy but I don't smash my keys in.
I have broken 5 keys in the span of 3 months, some of them becoming jammed into the keyboard or popped off and wouldn't stick back in.

Oh, for the most part, yes!

If you have a Digital Optical cable, plug that into your PC's SDPIF out port, and change the gamedac box to PS4. Your ears will be blessed.

If not, set it to PC, plug in the 3.5mm in or out and you should be good to go.

IIRC the Arctis Pro seemed to transfer mic audio through USB, so I didn't need an extra cable for mic, just sound output

See these cheap plastic bits that are supposed to hold the key in? They snapped off so easily inside and got stuck, now they keys wouldn't even stay down inside anymore. Never buying anything with g-romer keycaps again

I had that issue the first time I set my mic up, you have to wait for Windows to adjust to the new mic lol, max all your settings, set your Compression to 0.50 in Sonar and set all Default Audio Devices, then restart Windows

Hello, last night, I left my headset on while I was going to go and grab a bite to eat, and when I came back, it was dead, I thought it was the battery, and I should just charge it like usually, but I left them on a charger the whole night and nothing, I can't turn them on at all and the light isn't showing anything.
