As far as I know that's the only difference. The old Apex Pro got a firmware update so the switches have the same increased actuation range as the new one and both the boards received the rapid trigger update. So really the only difference is the cable and the 2023 model should have better construction/manufacturing tolerances than the original

You should probably open a support ticket, but if you're using Bluetooth to connect the 9X to your PC you're going to have that delay and crappy sounding audio because that's just how Bluetooth is. It's not a fault of the headset. You also won't be able to connect it to the GG app to control any settings on it.

2,4 ghz with the dongle works fine.
Bluetooth: Won't show up on my pc list when i switch to bluetooth mode.
When i try to connect with the mouse through my iphone it fails the connection.
Cabled and switch turned off : Windows gives an error that the mouse doesn't get recognized and has caused an error.
After replugging it works for a little while and disconnects, giving the same error.

it says this while i have it plugged in via an usb c ( official) cable.

Anybody has a good setup advice for their SS Sonar App route? I switch between my speakers and headphones frequently and the app route is set to have everything in the Gaming mode. Reducing the volume on Windows doesn't affect the volume when on speakers.

I have the Arctis 7+ updated and installed. Sonar is working, the game, and chat channels are separate output devices as needed and the chatmix slider do not work in Sonar as advertised.
also the hardware chatmix dial on the headset itself doesn't change the slider position in Sonar, and consequently the mix between game and chat output. Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone know of any solutions?
