When there's mic issues through minijack it's often an issue of dual jack vs combo jack. Is it plugged in with 1 or 2 plugs?

Look at Wooting. You can change the settings of their keyboards in a BROWSER. You don't even need to download a software.
Another strong contender is Audeze, their software is just 90 MB and covers the most necessary stuff, no Sonar, nothing and yet still does better than the Arctis series

chatmix doesnt work cause you have to have both on the same playback device, but why have these modes then, the headset has two audio modes, gaming and call mode, so only way to use chatmix is to either have my calls in gaming mode (which chat mode is prefered for better performance) or game and call in chat mode (which works fine for calls but not gaming)

The Nova Pro Wireless does not support 96kHz audio, only the wired version with GameDAC Gen 2 does.

The Nova Pro Wireless headset does have the same speaker drivers as the wired version though, so if you connect it over a 3.5mm cable to a soundcard/DAC that can do hi res you will get the same audio quality as the wired headset (although without wireless functionality obviously). Basically higher audio quality kHz wise when connected.

The drivers inside the headset support hi-res but only when wired. Same with the artic pro wireless headsets.
