I recently bought the Arctis 7x+ because I have heard a lot of good things on the quality and it is one of the very few headsets that "has" chatmix. Right out of the box I downloaded the GG software and I have tinkered with everything to the best of my knowledge and I can not find a way to make the chat mix scroll wheel work. Several people in the discord also have this issue but no one seems to have an answer. Upon purchasing this headset it is advertised that chatmix is available through the GG software and is functional but the wheel does not work and it would be very unpleasant to have to adjust it through the software during a game just to adjust between my discord and game audio. if there is no fixing then I would be fine with sending this perfect condition headset back and getting another wireless model with a working chatmix in exchange.

just bought the nova pro wired today. I can get the mic to work. However, I cannot get the sound to work through the Dac and so I thought maybe I had a faulty pair because I cant get any sound through my headset. So I plugged in my ps4 controller and plugged the aux cord into my controller when booting up MW2 and then I am able to get sound through my headset. So theres a miscommunication between my headset and pc when I plug in through my dac board. Please help!

Hi Steelseries community, I've been using my arctis nova pro... and my mic is apparently being picked up "VERY SOFTLY" to the point where my friends have to 200% me audio to hear me...

Is there something I'm doing wrong? or anyway to amplify the mic input?

I tried using GG Engine and Sonar and maxed it out... but it doesn't seem to be enough..

im not a Sonar pro and usually don't configure my hardware much so I'm a bit lost

if it helps triage it.. apparently my gf near me has HER voice picked up by MY mic better than I do (when i'm the one wearing it). maybe it has something to do with low vs high voices..?
