I have an Arctis 7 since 2017. It still works well as I can hear when I use Headset Earphone (Arctis 7 Chat) in my output device and same for my Input device.
I want to use Sonar to get mixed sound depending on the game I'm playing.
The problem is that when I use Steelseries Sonar - Gaming (Steelseries Sonar Virtual Audio Device) as my device, I don't hear anything else and my microphone is not working too.
Can someone help me ?

Try to give it a wash if you haven't before. If you take your nails and run across it and you see white lines. Those white lines are dirt.

If the surface around where you have your mouse after cleaning it is no longer smooth, you could consider a new mousepad

I managed to fix it, two major things, this time I used the supplied USB C cable from Steel Series and not one of the random USB C cords I had lying around, and I used a USB 2.0 (Typically colored Black) port and Not USB 3.1 (also called SS USB Typically colored Blue) It prompted me to redo the firmware update, and It seems to be working right now.

Has it ever worked for you? If not, I would delete SS GG. Then look for any SteelSeries GG in your AppData folder and delete that. Check for any Windows and GPU driver updates and install those. Then, restart your computer, then reinstall the latest version of SteelSeries GG. Try Sonar after that

Hey is anyone else having issues with the breathing effect in Prism for RGB? Instead of all my devices "breathing" at the same time, they are all on different timers. Like my Arena 7 speakers for example, only one speaker will do the breathing effect, then the other one won't do it until the first one is completed so they don't do it at the same time. There is nothing in sync and everything is on a different timer regardless it's the same RGB setting.

I know you can't customize the Arctis 5 when you don't have it plugged into USB, but when I plug the arctis 5 with 3.5mm the output and input is combined, the mic technically works, and the audio works, but all audio from my computer is transmitted through the mic, its not being picked up from the mic itself because even muted it happens. well for steelseries i would say any novas, there quite comfortable and nice audio, im using it and i dont know much about razer but many people also say they have nice audio and that, but all of these options are quiete expensive so if you dont want to spend so much i would recomend hyper x

Well, I really do not know how to fix this issue with sonar. I noticed this happening in the last two or three update. I am a blind user of the application, and before with sonar, I was able to adjust the frequencies of the microphone with my screen reader. Now with most recent updates, I cannot no longer address the frequencies of the microphone. The only solution that I found was to remove the most recent version of steel series, GG and reinstall an older version, but I don’t want to do that all of the time. So, not sure if steel Siri has an accessibility team?

Hello SteelSeries, 6 days ago I bought the Apex Pro and it's now having the ghost input issue, with a little research I can find a ton of Apex Pro users having the same issue when they update to the latest firmware. This issue renders the keyboard unusable, a firmware update should fix it, but it seems to be unfixed for months. Is there a plan to fix your firmware soon? I'd like to keep the keyboard but if there's no plan on fixing the firmware I'm returning it next week.

Is there a big performance difference between 2023 version and the regular model and should I upgrade to the 2023 model if so? If not, not really sure what to do with my current keyboard.
