Hey guys i have steelseries arctis nova pro headset and had a lot of problems with it. The first one was exchanged for a new one because it suddenly switched off, the sound cracked, and the microphone also cracked. I got a new one but now after only a month the microphone on the new one has also started to crackle. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm super satisfied otherwise but this is very annoying..

Guys, I've had my apex pro 2023 tkl for one day now and have noticed some issues.

1.) The accuation indicator on the keybaord does not accurately display, say it's on 4.0 it doesn't go all the way white if that makes sense.

An update. If you're suing the Artis 7P wireless and you're getting that echoy hearing yourself issue, then you need to adjust the sidetone. It's not in the steel series app or mic setting, like it is for every other headset, it's actually on your headset. One ear should have a dial that controls sound, while the other ear should have one that controls sidetone. Hope that helps

we gotta determine what is the issue, specifically. If i cant say I know its the headset, then i cant move on with troubleshooting, i need you to connect the headset to a different device and confirm or deny it works elsewhere

if it doesnt work elsewhere, the hardware is hosed and there isnt anything to do for troubleshooting, if it works elsewhere, we can continue to troubleshoot

yo i would of loved a free software like this when i was doing my steaming..... it cost me $500 bucks to make this audio routing portion easy to use and configure... and that goxlr software took me over a month to learn, i fought echos and static and reverb forever ! if i didnt have so much $ invested into hardware i would of gave up... to stubborn tho, so i eventually figured it all out

Hello guys I currently have an Apex PRO tkl 2023 keyboard and currently it is on the warehouse for repair (3rd time already) because of the blue rgb, it dies every 2 months, I am thinking of processing a refund for this as the rgb keeps on dying, no issues on the rapid trigger stuff. Is it wise to process a refund instead and buy an apex pro TKL (2019) which is 50% cheaper in my area and since the omni point switches 2.0 is updated there as well or keep my 2023 tkl? I just returned a pair of Arctis Pro Nova Wireless because just after a few hours, my ears would start hurting from the pressure the headset would apply on my ears. Quite a bad experience. I was able to see similar complaints on reddit. I saw suggestions that I should slightly bend them. That's crazy. I don't have a large head or ears by any means. Did you experience anything as such? This is unacceptable, especially from a pair with such a price tag.
