i've already looked alot through almost/pretty much everything. but still found nothing to resolve the issue with Sonar. idk why or how to fix it. but whenever using the equalizer in sonar it doesnt change the audio in real time, i have to drag the apps out and then drag them back in in order to hear the change i made in the equalizer. (same for all of the other audio settings in the tab)

its been 2 hours now

is there a fix for this or am i supposed to just live with this struggle.

i'm just praying for a solution from someone else since i've already tried so much

Hello everyone! I’m new here but I had a few questions if someone could help.

I share a noisy game room with my friend and his callouts frequently get picked up in my current headset’s mic. It’s super annoying for people in my party. But I was looking at a few different headsets that might be able to help. Looks like the Nova Pro Wireless and the Nova 7x have sonar? Or noise cancelling mics that can be adjusted to tune someone of that background noise out. However I also read that the software and settings for that only work on pc and wouldn’t work for my Xbox series X… is this true?

At some point, you have to stop using gadgets that serve no purpose, and focus on software efficiency, let me explain!
a better soundproofing and noise reduction, and with an activation/deactivation of the transparency according to the user's setting that seems to me to be the basis of a good headset before superfluous stuff.....

1. go to task manager
2. FIND STEELSERIES GG CORE
   3.RIGHT CLICK and click on PROPERTIES
   4.GO TO COMPATIBILITY
   5.ENABLE "RUN THIS PROGRAM IN COMPATIBILITY MODE FOR: WINDOWS 8"
   6.GO BACK TO TASK MANAGER AND KILL THE PROCESS
   7.RESTART GG AND THE APP SHOULD START IN WINDOWED MODE ( DO NOT FULLSCREEN IT, if it opens in fullscreen make it windowed)
   IT SHOULD NOT CRASH AS LONG AS YOU DONT FULLSCREEN IT

(and just so you know I did run the compatibility troubleshooter but I really don't think it did anything)

the headset should come paired to the dongle out of the box and you shouldn't need to re-pair it unless something breaks or you get a new dongle.

restart once after you move it before you test

maybe need to go here and just click start desktop caputre if the game doesnt support game capture. this should force it to work or record.... maybe idk, i use obs or vmix to do my recording so not real familure with this app

the mix amp had some burn in on the LCD after a year or so....and the removable battery's really extend the usable life of the head set.. the nova 7 seems to heat up a bit when charging.

I have a question : my Arctis 1 headphone doesn't work i can't switch on it so i don't hear anything and my mic doesn't work either. Anyone knows why i can't switch on the headphone 1st ? But my computer detects the headphone i have and on steels series engine.

By the way i'm charging it in the case there is no battery but the color of the power LED is green so i don't think this is a battery problem

If you don't need the mic you can use the line in on the transmitter if your tv has a minijack output

It's just Xbox it doesn't work on due to how Xbox requires a specific chip

That's why you need the Xbox specific version for it to work directly with Xbox

fits perfectly with my Quest 2 (also helps to keep it secured to my giant head )

uninstalled all drivers, clean reinstall, checked all the hardware components went through many configurations for an audio problem i had before fixed the audio problem through the hardware check, went through all of my audio and recording settings set my headset to default, tested all audio on another computer same issue with mic not having a proper input
