What's up yall! I posted this in the community support but i just got the automated answeres so I wanted to throw it in here... I've had some issues with the keyboard disconnecting and then W keying. I even factory reset, redownloaded drivers and it's still doing it. My wife then plugged it into her pc and it's been running fine, and I'm using an old keyboard that has also been running fine. after downloading the GG app, the .exe doesn't show up anywhere in my downloads, I can't search it in the toolbar, and there's no desktop shortcut. Every time I want to open the app, I have to reinstall the software off Steelseries' website. I even tried to use the jack adaptor, and the dual extend cable. It just wouldn't detect the new mic, and leeched to the shitty.... webcam mic version. Even when I plugged off the webcam.

I don't even know what's wrong with me. It baffles me that even the most mediocre mics in America are better than the ones here. Maybe we're just oudated. Or maybe I'm being dumb and haven't found the answer yet

Depends on the sound of your mic tbh

You could use Audacity along side sonar to try and tweak it to your liking but it all comes down to the mic you have and if you're using any other type of software with your microphone

follow the chain and make sure everything's correct: windows audio piped into sonar -> sonar volume set to reasonable levels -> whatever program you're testing in is set to use sonar for output -> testing program also has volume set to good levels

Hello, Just got my Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wired in the mail. Frankly, the sound is underwhelming. I have little base even when I change the equalizer on the GameDac to bass. What am I missing?

I want to submit a support ticket because I think the set is defective, however, when registering a new account, it won't verify in Chrome.

I have downloaded Steelseries GG... and Sonar is active. No change.
