Anyone gotten Sonar to work with the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless? Just bought it, installed the software, and I get the sound of silence when Sonar is enabled. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled the software, and still nothing. Only way the headset works is using the Intel driver, and selecting Dolby or DTS for Spatial Audio. DTS sounds great on the headset, but Sonar is just DOA for me.

I own several SteelSeries devices and have the GG software installed on my PC. However, recently I am experiencing a problem with PRISM affecting the overall control of the RGB lighting on my system. Specifically, my AEROX 5 Wireless mouse seems to be the most affected. Even though I have disabled the device in PRISM, it still causes the mouse to flicker at an incredibly fast rate, which is giving me a headache.

To manage the lighting on my system, I use a software called SignalRGB. However, when GG is running in the background and PRISM is either enabled or disabled the mouse, it continues to flicker constantly. Interestingly, when I shut down GG, the issue is resolved immediately, but then my other SteelSeries devices suffer.

I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue.

I've looked more into it. It seems the Artic Nova 3 has a built in DAC. It also has spatial audio, unlike the Nova 1 I'm pretty sure. And the Nova 3 can connect to the Xbox with the USB-C to 3.5mm jack.

Honestly most of the reports we usually see here about LED burnout or issues come from the Apex 5 & 7. Not so much from the Pro. I've been using the original Pro for just over 2 years now and haven't had any issues with it, LEDs or otherwise

Overall I don't think it's like a widespread issue with manufactering or anything like that. Realistlcly the chances of actually getting a faulty LED are slim to none. Before the Pro I was using an Apex M750 for four years and never had any LED issues with it. And I still use it on a secondary setup today and it's still working fine

i did a lot of research prior to purchase, to find out a lot of the info is wrong, be it outdated or for whatever reason

Does any one have any experiance or a solution to this: i installed BG3 on stream, and ever since then non of the sound outputs from SOnar are working, they are displayed and selectable, but sound is stuck coming out of the real physical outputs (default headset game channel / chat channel) and my speakers.
