Hello, have an Arctis 9 and with my old pc (Win7/Win10) the game/chat wheel on the headset was working but since the new pc (Win 10) I can hear both of it only on the chat channel. Tried a lot, changed the devices, changed some settings, played somehow with Sonar, SSS-Gaming is the standard device for gaming, SSS-Chat is the standard kommunication device but nothing helped. The tips from the Steelseries website doesn´t help either. Maybe someone has fixed this problem and can help :3?

On my screenshot for example, I set default to Sonar Gaming and discord to Sonar Chat

was having the same issue, you might need to reinstall windows as it seemed like i had corrupt files or you can try reinstalling it if you haven't done that already (there is also some videos on youtube that go over some registry keys that you can try aswell) best of luck with getting it fixed as this server is mostly dead

then press 4 seconds dongle button so it can flash rapidly

then press the power button on your headset for 4 seconds till it flash rapidly

If you don't want to use the software the keyboard itself should have some built in lighting profiles you can switch between. And if you want to disable the brightness just use the brightness hotkey and turn it all the way down until it's off. If you want to create custom lighting effects or colors you need to use Engine

are you selecting "Arcits 7 Game"? Since if so, it looks like you're just bypassing Sonar, so if you're not using Sonar you should just turn it off.

Does anyone know why sonar constantly switches my audio devices from the headset to something else!? It's so frustrating when it does this multiple times in a day for seemingly no reason. It does it even if I exit the app, and start it back up. Never keeps my headset as the device for all channels. It used to, with an occassional hiccup, but now it's changing them so frequently that I'm about ready to just ditch steelseries headsets altogether and get something else. Only thing I see in logs are a bunch of TLS invalid cert errors, device not found errors, and websocket errors

Did some more testing and the only thing I can do to get this to keep the input devices I chose is to disable literally every single playback and recording device I have on my system except for the arctis headset and microphone! That's pretty unacceptable in my opinion

arctis nova pro have been great for me, aside from the disconnects and constantly resetting my input devices but I think that's more the fault of the steelseries gg engine and sonar (which you now need to do separate audio channels for game and voice)
take away those issues and it's been perfect, I love the simultaneous bluetooth and wireless PC connectivity

@tiny thicket @kindred willow I suggested to someone else and i think it helped fix it for them, but i'd check your PC's USB settings to make sure it's not powering down USB devices when it thinks it's idle.

My Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless all of a sudden lost connection to my pc and I have no idea why.
They can connect to bluetooth devices and to the base station itself, but my pc doesnt detect the headset.
I'm not really sure which channel to ask in, so hope this is ok.

So im rocking the Arctis 9 and im supposed to have 3 separate audio channels Gaming, Chat, and Media. Well my Media one is gon not even in my device manager and ideas to fix this
