I like arctis nova 3 because they have a lot of connection options, a strap instead of a standard headband, which is more pleasant, with its software you can customize it perfectly for yourself. The ear pads are well made, the outside is fabric and inside the leather is a substitute. The microphone is of high quality and I liked the feature with a retractable microphone, the wires are detachable. Well adjusted to the head and there are no unnecessary functions. Sound adjustment, turn off / turn on the microphone, turn on / off the backlight. The backlight looks good. The software allows you to configure these headphones as you like. If I solve the problem with the microphone, or rather with its non-working state before reconnecting, then I will be in 7th heaven with happiness

Hello all, is your Sonar "Fallback" feature working at boot?
For me, when the headset (arctis nova 7P) is off, the dongle is plugged, I turn ON the PC --> the fallback is not activated. It never auto detect it at boot.
I always need to turn on the headset, then turn it off, so that the fallback works.

I updated the version of windows, see if you have new updates, then I checked for problems settings->system->sound->checked both the speakers for problems and the microphone. I also enabled and disabled access to the microphone through-> settings-> privacy-> microphone-> access to the microphone for this device-> change-> disable and then re-enable. Reboot your device and check!

I got the same today, i am using the bass amplified mode, after i update the firmware ( it takes a while) i also turn off the side-stone of the mic so you don't ear your own voice and some bug noise, and remove the limit on the volume, now the sound is way better.

the headset broke 2 times both within a year of using

1st the charging port inside of the headset came off and 2nd the mute button doesnt work anymore as the spring just keeps pushing the mic to be muted at all times

hey guys 🙂 i bought the arctis nova pro wireless and the mic quality in the gg program is perfect but on discord the quality is shit. Even functions like the "clearcast ai noise cancellation" work in the the brogram but not discord. So everyone can hear every tap in my keyboard. I use the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset and Sonar software. I never know what audio settings to select from the audio/sound menus from within the games I play. For example Diablo IV has a drop-down menu for "Speaker Setup". The choices on this menu are: Default, Mono, Stereo, Quad, 5.1, 7.1, Pro Logic. This is typical in other games as well, and I never know what I "should be" selecting to get the most out of my Sonar game profiles. Any help is appreciated.
