I bought for 120 euros ''Soundcore Liberty 4'' earbuds and I'm satisfied with the product because I use everyday with my own personal and work laptop and I can just easy connect to bluetooth from my laptop to my smartphone and best is the I can do everything with these- use for work, listen music, workout and just can easy connect beetween them to from laptop to smartphone when someone calls me

I don't like headphones, they are too big for my liking and not best for workouts, so that's why I bought expensive earbuds

If u want to know about comfort or sound quality, I can say that they are easily best in the market right now, cuz they support smart features that others don't, and for money it's kinda cheap if you think about it.

And for gaming I think they are pretty good tho, because they have minimum latency but not perfect if you want to play like Call of duty or Pubg. And the Mic is kinda good- for the earbuds, so yea, it's pretty good, if you compare from other earbuds

I've got an Arctis Pro with the Game DAC. For some reason all I can see as an audio outputis Headset Earphone (SteelSeries Arctis Pro Chat).

Any given audio only shows up when the DAC is tuned to chat - moving it (all the way) to gaming silences everything.

Using Sonar and assigning games individually to Sonar - Gaming just kills any sound from them, even if I set default audio output to Sonar - Gaming.

This wasn't always an issue - I recall at one point having both Headset Earphone (Steelseries Arctis Pro Chat) and Headset Earphone (Steelseries Arctis Pro Gaming) available as output options, and assigning different applications to them worked fine.

can Y'all stop messing the the GG/Sonar software? seriously it was fine when it was just two imputs now that it is 4 I can't get anything to work with it and it's more trouble than it's worth. The most recent update to the software has completely broken my audio the software isn't even registering my headset is connected while it is physically plugged in now. Some times less is more stop adding bells and whistles just for the sake of having more bells and whistles especially when those new bells and whistles make it more difficult to actually use and benefit from any of them.

My issue now is that: How do i set up that sonar is using the game channel while in game but use the chat channel in discord and the media channel for my youtube video on the 2nd screen?

Hello, i own a pair of Arctis Pro + GameDAC. My problem is that my GameDAC Chat channel doesn't work.
If I play any sort of audio through the chat channel the headset simply turns off.
I found out that if I play all my audio through the game or the hi-res channel, the headset will not have any sort of problem.
At this moment I set Discord and all my other apps on the game channel in order to be able to use the headset.
Now considering how the ability to use both the game and the chat channels at the same time, plays such a big part in this headset, I would love to find a way to solve this problem.
Any suggestions?

Hey Guys , a mate of mine got a issue that he can´t speak but hear at discord, while using discord at PC , if he switchs Discord to his smartphone and connects the headset via BT at the DAC it all works fine ,.. he is using the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless ,.. mayeb some of u can help us , we tryin for over 2 hours now and tried all kinds of device settings , reinstalling the GG software , activating/deactivating Sonar also....

He also don´t have the Settings "Chat" or "Game" ... he only has "Sonar Virtual ..."
so we can´t switch between... i have the Arctis Pro Wireless and i have both Modes, even while Sonar is active

i am having trouble with steelseris sonar. Ever since i have used it as standard input/output device. I have no sound on games and i dont know why, i have tried changing what output i have in both windows audio settings and in sonar. anyone have any idea why and how i can fix it

My arctis nova 1s wont work on my pc. They worked for like 10 mins and then i downloaded the gg app and it all went to shit. gg dosnt just use steel seires, it fucks with all my other speakers to. Now i cant even get any sound.

i got some audio from using a g430 aux-usb adapter but cant get the volume to work

I am working on Steel Series 7+ and trying to set up the sonar. it will not let me select audio device and I have set the sonar to default. It continues to tell me to set sonar devices as your default audio devices. I try to click to auto set defaults and it does nothinig.

Turn off Sonar or uninstall GG? You're not required to use it

But you should contact #official-support if you're having problems. It's the only way to get help from SteelSeries

i got the audio to work but the mic wont, I connected the aux "without the extention split" to my 'aux->usb' adapter' but the mic still wont work.

support is lacking, and that's being generous; i submitted a ticket for my first mouse which i needed to RMA (three months after i bought) it in march, got my RMA code, got new mouse first week of april. second mouse starts having issues with scroll wheel some time in may (i assume around the 18th as that's when i submitted my ticket), and realize my RMA mouse only has a month of warranty coverage, but submit another RMA anyway. "generously" offered another RMA on may 20th despite techincally being out of the replacement window, now it's june 17th and i still haven't heard back and am still working around a nonfunctional mouse.

1. this isn't so much trying to get attention from the support people, but more trying to share my terrible experience after spending a lot (well, for a mouse at least) only to have multiple products that don't work
2. why is the RMA mouse only given a month replacement window? at a minimum the mouse should be covered to the orignal mouse's warranty date, not a month after you recieve the replacement mouse (other countries have this protection but not in the USA, although that's more an issue with USA consumer protection laws, but i digress)

my point in sharing this is to give an honest report on my experience with these products and the company...
spend your money elsewhere
