Hello everyone
I just bought the Apex Pro 2023 and received it maybe 10 days ago. Now when I charge it, the battery is decreasing not increasing. Also, when it's in 2.4G mode it shows percentage and when it's connected to Bluetooth it shows different percentage! Note that I have updated the keyboard in Steelseries GG. The keyboard is new and this is the first charge.
It's 60% for almost 4 hours now when I unplug the cable and plug it again it will show 70% and keep decreasing even when it's still plugged...
Also, what I have seen in Youtube, the ESC should be blinking green the whole charging process. For me, it only blinks green 3-4 times and syncs with the other keys (rainbow).
What is the solution for my problem? Any help?

@molten mica No listening to things at high volume for long periods of time is not safe hence why there is a limit on how loud things can be in the EU. Your geographical location is irrelevant it will still damage your ears but just so you know I live in England and when I first set my arctis nova wireless pros up the DAC asked "are you in the EU" and I pressed no. So even though there is a limit I bet most people in mainland Europe also press no. So if you get permanent hearing loss or tinnitus from listening to stuff at high volumes it wouldn't be an accident as you're aware it's bad for your hearing.

Speaking from experience, steelseries headsets have the BEST built in mic on the market.
I've tried a few different headsets in the 60-120$ range and steelseries always takes the cake on the mic side of things.
However, their build quality isn't great so that is one down side. I'll often find my headset breaking if am rough with it.

hello I absolutely need help I recently bought the Artics 1 Wireless headphones and I downloaded the SteelSeries GG software onto my PC, after following the guide in the Sonar section and automatically setting the various inputs and outputs from the program I noticed that no there are audio divisions in the various curtains but all the applications I use are sent under the Gaming heading and the microphone does not pick up my voice within the app even if you can hear me I don't understand how even if I change the input and how if not the application does not read the outputs and inputs. Is there a way to fix it thanks

If there's a volume dial on your headset then turn it all the way up.
Also ensure your actual audio input is set to a decently high level. Should be something like Realtek high definition audio

If you don't want to bring the monitor closer to the chair I think your only option is to shift the base farther to the left. You could use a stand that clamps onto the edge of the desk but is not as mobile as an arm to decrease how far anything sticks out the back of your desk.

The game of course is so messed up you can hardly use it.

Specifically the chat mix. I set up all the audio devices with the correct settings and it will work. However, I need to do this at least once a week
With all the correct devices selected in the software, it's still hit and miss as to whether or not the chatmix will actually work.
It also seems a little strange that should the headset battery drain to zero, you need to remove an ear cup and hard reset to get them to turn on again after charging

Well if i can ask here then my quick question is about my arctis 9x headset. Its great when its connected to my xbox but recently i have built a pc last year and would love to use this headset, however, when i connected it through bluetooth it lowered my game/music volume whenever the mic was being used. So i stuck with my old wireless turtle beaches. After playing around with the settings and lots of google articles I read that a xbox wireless adapter would fix my issue. So yesturday the adapter came in and I unpaired the headset from bluetooth and used the adapter to simulate it connecting to an xbox. it all worked well (i guess). it fixed the issue with the volume when i was on discord however there was some stuttering so i paired it with bluetooth again and did a 50/50 mix where the xbox adapter arctis 9x input is the mic and the bluetooth is the output. This words enough but the stuttering came back so i dont not know what to do. I had sonar turned on and it was confusing so i turned it off today to see if it would make a difference but the audio still stutters. does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?

important is to back up your previous clips (if you still need them) then do a fresh install. Looking for a solution is just a waste of time.

Hello everyone i have a problem with my Arctis 9, i reinstall windows 11 downloaded Steelseries Engine installed sonar. Then problem is that i can hear through my mic even when i have unplug the USB (Arctis 9 wireless)
Its like when i turn them on the mic start recording and playing through the headset. Also Sonar cannot detect mic while windows can
