Can anyone help - nova pro WIRED version - the wire is so noisy. it is always brushing up against me and its like the sound is amputated and played back through the headphones. Sidetone is off. I've even tried muting the mic, so it isn't the mic. Cord is gfully plugged in. Even if i ever so slightly tap on it, I can hear it like its someone playing it back for me. Yep it's even officially advertised on the steelseries website. The only difference between the arctis 3 and the arctis 3 console edition is the console edition doesn't come with one in the box but you can still buy it separately and use it as normal. hey guys, I am having problems with my Arctis 9. yesterday night I went for a walk with it, it was connected to my PC I think but then I just got out of the home, and to connect it to my phone I restarted it. When I got back home, I couldn't pair it to my pc back again no matter what I do.
I get one red blink when I press the power button, and then nothing. But if connect it to PC via cable, I get green-or yellow, if I hold long enough I get rapid white-blinking. Yet, even that won't help me, as my PCs can't see the headset...
Its bluetooth works fine- connects to my phone no problem, but my pc wont see it. I even tried redownloading the GG app, I tried hard-resetting the headset via its tiny hidden button. No use. When I try to pair via GG app, it shows both transmitter and headset as connected to the PC, but when I proceed, it says "pairing failed" Could really use some help, thanks in advance! :araskargo:

I was using my steelseries arctis 9 wireless headset for about 5-6 months. It was alright by the time. Since yesterday i can't use my headphones. They do not turn on, there is no that short beep that signaled that the headphones were working. Also in steelseries gg app i can't see "battery" as before, and it says "reconnect headset" (but i cant do it). This dongle, cables etc. - all working, but i can't pair them anymore. When i try to do it manually it says "pairing device failed". I have tried factory resset and pressing multiple variations of buttons.

i had the hyperx cloud mix (which was very expensive) and a miserable experience

i have 7 cats so, i'm always changing headsets xD so far steelseries was the only that actually gave me a real help

yeah im using the aerox 3 wireless 2022 white and i was bought it for a really nice price but "it was" and then this mouse got more pricey and i think it's not worth it for it's price anymore

but yeah they have a swappable battery and you can just pop it out and pop a new one in

you never really have to charge it

that was one thing i hated about other wireless headphones is if you forget to charge them you were screwed for a little while

bc im having this issue now and i have no idea what to do. i left the headset and dock disconnected for 8+ hours and its still doing it

the headsets like 2 months old it shouldnt need to be cleaned

the yeti is more highend but the tofu is a lower end but still 100x better then any companies gaming keyboard

I bought a arctis nova pro months ago Most of the time my chatmix dont work and if i am lucky it would work if i unplug and replug the dock cable

I always thought that it might be a bug and would be fixed in next month and months later , it is still the same
