Well just came here that to return for my experience that i have for buying the wrong version of arctis nova pro... i got an xbox and i buy the playstation version cause there was no xbox version xd. So after this i try but it work only with jack so the gamedac gen 2 i cant use it and its normal i dont have the xbox version... i dont know why they cant put all in one xd. Its my first time with this problem of gamedac because i never get one before so thats why im stupid i know... sry for my bad english i will stay with this until they release gamedac gen 2

The reason why there's a specific version for Xbox is that they require a chip on the port used for Xbox which is why there's a USB-C port that is dedicated to Xbox on the Nova Pro (and wireless).

So it doesn't make sense for those who doesn't have Xbox

and i downloaded the steelseries gg app and its giving me nothing but problems

when i play games and try to use sonar and all that stuff that im supposed to be able to use w this headset my mic doesnt work, and also i cant hear chat audio, game chat will work fine w sonar, but unless i just use the default output from windows on the game mic doesnt work and i cant hear voice

if anyone could help out id appreciate it because i thought using the software on a pc would make it awesome, yet all its doing is making it not work the right way

Well im updated my adventure wrong version arctis nova pro.
I found a solution and its much more better specialy for console, but need a video capture card i got the avermedia live gamer mini 2 and plug it to my pc and connected to my xbox and monitor i use the video capture card as a source audio so i can use my gamedac gen 2 with the full potential of pc audio and its just amazing xd. For people have or buy non compatible headset thats a good solution but you need a pc. Video capture card and your console and tv or monitor xd.

I got an Arctis 7+ in December and after a little over a month, it's completely dead. I followed all the steps on the website so don't need support - they're dead completely. Is there a way to get Sonar to auto change the EQ and spatial audio settings per device? For example, I want to have EQ and Surround Sound when I'm using my headset, but not when I turn it off and go back to my desktop speakers.

Make sure you have set your mic to "default communications device." Some games will not recognize your mic unless you do that. Looking at you Destiny 2.

Ah, Steelseries done f-d up with the latest firmware update to Apex Pro Mini Wireless. You know, the almost 300€ 60% keyboard.

From now on, the device can not be charged any longer while being on / wireless mode.

My Steelseries key on my Apex Mini keyboard has stopped letting me adjust the volume in Windows using it + the volume up/down/mute keys. I restarted GG but no dice. Any ideas?

Anyone had a similar experience with the Arctis Nova 1 headphone mic randomly not working anymore. I've had it for only a few weeks and it is suddenly not picking up my microphone at all anymore. It immediately picks up the mic of my old headset and webcam the moment I plug them in. Tried all the page 1 Google tips ofc.
