I noticed that the nova pro wired was a lot softer compared to my arctis 5, just had to use the DAC and at -20 I was comfortably fine with the sound then just increased game volume from there

It will depend on the setup and CPU. I would say in most cases, if it is consistent up to 90 degrees... I'd probably check it out, or have someone else look at it. Maybe it needs some new thermal paste applied or the cooler isn't making great contact. If it hits 95 while watching YouTube... yikes... don't play games on that PC and don't leave it on when you leave the house xD

Hi guys, notice the battery percentage is totally different when connect via Bluetooth and to laptop.

When I connect to my phone via Bluetooth to listen songs, It show 87% on my iPhone. I try to take out the battery on the headset and plug into the receiver. It show battery was full bar with ⚡️

I did try another method, I connect to the receiver and battery to my laptop to charge. I on Steelseries engine GG. Under gear. It show 100% and charged.

How to know our battery is fully charged in the first place?

Hi. I just paired my Arctis Nova Pros with my phone. It worked, but now I cannot hear anything from my PC. I turned off the bluetooth on the headset, I have checked my Windows "App volume and device preferences" to ensure both Chrome and my game have audio output set to "SteelSeries Sonar". I try all of them and nothing works. then I have the speakers / headphones game sound set to my headphones arctis nova 7. My voioce chat output device is my headphones arctis nova 7.

Hello, I just purchased the Steelseries Apex Pro and one of the first things I do with any product like this is turn the lighting way down. I don't like RGB all that much and certainly don't need distracting lights bringing my eyes away from the screen down to the board (ADHD is a pain).

However, there's one light I can't seem to control with GG. The light for the button right below the scroll wheel remains always at 100% brightness. Is there some way to turn this light way down? It's kind of blinding.

The 9x is marketed by Steelseries as one compatible with PC and Xbox at the cost of the wireless dongle which I already have. I wanted-and bought-something that would be optimized for both PC and Xbox and the 9x fits that bill. I don’t understand why that’s 💀
