Help? Got the arctis nova pro wireless headset, from everything i read, I can connect it to my goxlr. when i set the channels in the ss GG software to goxlr channels, I can only hear out of my left ear?

From my understanding, no. It only stores it on your PC. There are some export options though but you have to take some action to get them online.

Anyone else recently have an issue where things coming through Steel Series Game driver sounds like it has paper towels pushed over the speakers whereas chat driver is still crisp and clear?

No, there does not appear to be a macOS version of sonar. All I was able to get was GG and I do get some control over the headset but no spatial audio.

Battery design is worse, harder to quickly swap a battery. Chatmix is always bugged. Microphone through Sonar often stops working. Sonar can't even identify the headset itself sometimes, even when windows can. When it gets on low battery is goes crazy and makes a really irritating sound & more random annoyances/bugs. I spend ~30-60 minutes trying to QA this headset daily, heck even right now, sound has randomly stopped coming out of the headset even though it's on and even in sonar it shows activity.

When I swap to the Artic Pro Wireless, zero issues, and I've had only 1 issue over the last several years using them

Disagree on the battery design. I haven't had any problems swapping them. The headset turning itself on again after the swap is a great upgrade. Can't speak for chat mix as I haven't really used it but I've never had any problems with the mic, neither through Windows or the phone over Bluetooth. I've had it at low battery multiple times and I've never had it go crazy or do anything it isn't supposed to do. No random sound issues either. The only bug I've experienced is a missing battery % indicator in Engine some times

Either way, Sonar is always bugged and has ruined my love of steelseries completely.

guys im growing frustrated and ive installed the steelseries gg software, plugged in just the headset and nothing.

i recently got the steelseries nova pro wireless for xbox, and the auto off feature isnt working

I was thinking perhaps the software needs an update but when Ive installed the software and connected the headset via the supplied cable it doesn't detect it
