I currently have the Rival 710 and wanted to go wireless, but don't like the shape of the 600's, and haven't tried any of the new Aerox mice The Aerox 5 seem like the same shape of the Rival 5's, which I didn't like so that's why. I also am on the edge of switching to a different brand as the Steelseries mice are not showing up on any tests as one of the better ones. I'm currently looking at the

A question.. I have a steelseries Arctis 7, and I can not set it up for the life of me, to play proper directional sound in games. When a sound should be coming from my left side, the sound is played from both earphones and makes it sound like its on top of me. I Normally have sonar disabled because It did nothing the few times I tried it. I have tried it with the dolby 7.1 on and off and that also makes no difference.

Any suggestions on how to get it to play proper directional sound, or should i just get another headphone that works better...

So i have a arctis 9 headset now for six months, now when i try to turn it on it gives me a red light and doesnt turn on, it only turns on when i have the charing cable plugged in after that it connected to my pc and disconnected after 2 seconds and does noting after that..

remove the left cushion where the mic is, and theres a hardware reset switch hidden there, its a pinhole, so it will require a paper clip to press it, press it for a couple seconds, and its gonna factory reset.

it should've came with a technically optional microphone wind filter that pops on the microphone and is just a foam shell that sits over it. If you lost it or something you can probably use a generic one you find on amazon and it'll work perfectly fine I'd imagine.

Oh man, such a rabbit hole lol. I've spent hours on hours of measuring and tuning. The pad material, pad fill density, compression, and depth, all change the sound. Factoring all that in is a massive challenge to get right. I still need to test imaging/sound stage, BUT the final EQ tune I did with their Freeze pads couple be a game changer.

Smoother EQ profile now. It just got really dark sounding and lacked detail with a straight pad swap, so I've had to compensate a lot without adding distortion

Doing DAC tuning too so console players can still have a good time. Finally done w Sonar tuning

Why they cant fix a major bug after 2 months?.... Really now I am pissed off...
I have a nova arctis pro wireless
receiver is plugged in to PC through USB, After turn on my headphone and connect to a laptop via bluetooth I always have to change the "bluetooth call" config to something else and back to the original which is "lower my game volume by 12dB during calls"..if I do not then it's just simply mute my PC if I am on bluetooth... I need to do this every time when I turn on the headphone, because the headphone forget the configuration which I set... does not matter if I do it in app, or do it through the receiver.... This issue comes up since I installed steelseries GG software.... and updated firmware on headphone ..... Do anyone have a fix for that?.... reported multiple times...
