Hello, I bought Steel Series Apex 5 today. There is a lighting problem. The lights from F1 to F8 are blinking, they do not light up like the other letters, and the numbers 1, 2 and 3 under the F keys are the same, not like the other letters, they are blinking. Hello, I have a problem with my Arctis Nova 7. When I turn them on wirelessly, my Samsung Galaxy S22 doesn't detect them via Bluetooth. When I use them wirelessly without connecting to any device, I can hear myself when I speak (and I would like to turn this off). Additionally, I can't see the headphones in the GG app because I accidentally clicked "hide," and the LED indicating microphone mute has turned off. Lastly, I'm having difficulty connecting them wirelessly to my PC using an adapter. Can someone help me with this?

Why is the Sonar Software so buggy?
On my Arctis 7 nova it just happens too many times that my headset won't work anymore
the only solution is deleting everything from device manager, deleting that software, restarting my pc, installing everything again, LOGGING BACK IN AGAIN (which is so stupid, why do I need to register / login to use my headset, like wtf??????) and then it'll maaaaaybe maybe work
and please, finally add a function that sonar won't change my default device for microphone, like wtf, I pay 300$ for a good mic, and sonar automatically changes my microphone at every pc restart, so I sound like a tin can
Just fixing those 2 points makes your products much more valuable

Oh also I use SteelSeries Sonar with OBS or Bandicam on my youtube channel which includes a lot of player music from an mmorpg and everyone loves the sound quality except when i accidently f it up (only once - so far). Hi All. So I have the Steelseries Apex Gaming Keyboard as I'm left handed so I use the arrow keys for movement instead of wasd... I went for this keyboard specifically because it has 2 extra arrow keys so that I can have 2 extra keybinds next to my fingers. I also love that you can map any key to any other key (or macro) which helps to set up for playing other games that won't allow keybinds to some of the keys that I use. (I even had 1 game that wouldn't let me change the movement from wasd, so mapped the arrow keys using the software which was awesome). What hardware do you all use and why?

I decided to put some money into a decent headset and tried the ASTRO a50 after my >10 year old Logitech broke. This was the worst, almost none of my expectations in terms of usability were met and I really started thinking that I wanted too much.

Then I read about the Arctis Nova Pro, ordered it - and it met even more expectations than I had before (neither had switchable batteries nor simultaneous audio from different devices in mind).

Hello plesae help me im trying to fix my SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini because this morning when i got on to play some games the shift key started breaking, It showed sticky keys a bunch so i turned it off. But then once i did that it started to not work when i tried making different characters with shift key such as questionmark. Now it only works every 10 clicks.

Hello. Just purchased an Apex Pro Keyboard and Rival 5 mouse. I also setup Sonar which was a pleasant surprise to find out was included. I game on pc, live stream, and produce video content. So far, I am loving these products. Sonar is great for audio routing and mixing but needs a selectable mono option on the mic channel so XLR inputs can be monitored and sent to stream in stereo. My current work around is to setup a separate mic channel in OBS using the sonar virtual mic input and then selecting the mono option on that channel in OBS. It works but I lose the ability to control and monitor my audio in the Sonar mixer. If anyone has another recommendation, I would appreciate it. Regards. -8bt

Hello friends I bought a Steelseries Nova 5 headset and I am very pleased with it but the sound is low when the headset is in standard mode and I don't like using it. Most broadcasters use Steelseries headsets. I want to use it like that too. Is there a program you know or am I just not used to it. For example, Tuna uses Nova Pro and Can uses it too. Some use Nova 7. I will say I bought a Nova 5. The headset is fine but I used to use Artic 9 and sometimes the sound is low on it too. Do we need to install additional software? For example, does Can use it? I use Steelseries GG while using Nova Pro. I would be very happy if you could help me. It's confusing me in some way. Maybe there's something I don't know.
