Stone Ocean for sure. It has such bleak dark prison shots comparing itself to the gritty dark style of part 1 with such nicely decorated settings during the prison arcs that contrast the gorgeous landscapes of forests, swamps, beautifully vibrant skies during the Made in Heaven, Yo Yo Ma, and Green Baby fights When they escape. It also has some of the most unique pieces and body horror elements in the series with the Universe reset, Solitary Confinement with the Green Babies birth and Survivors gory fates for those who resided there, C-Moon turning gravity sideways and turning people inside out, all the unique designs for fairytale characters during Bohemian Rhapsody and their stories coming to life and attacking, the entire Underworld and Heavy Weather arc, I could go on and on
