Is it ever stated or implied that the virus bulbs on Purple Haze's fists replenish in some sort of way? I would hope that Fugo doesn't only have 6 uses of his stand's main ability.

In ASBR (not canon) they replenish, and plus since he’s used it before, purple haze appearing with all of them means they do in some way
Purple haze has 6 in total and in these panels we can see that they’re all intact
This however is AFTER he breaks open the far right capsule on his left hand
Assuming that this isn’t a mistake, it replenished within that time
Here we can see the broken capsule
And here we can see the Sam hand in a later panel with a capsule that APPEARS to be unbroken
The same is seen within the anime (it’s actually wayyy easier to see) but the anime has proven to be unreliable and inaccurate in many cases
Broken capsule can be seen on the left image, but not on the right image
