He let Red Hot Chilli Peppers escape, got 1 shot by his brother ON HIS OWN TEAM, was instantly destroyed by Kira which gave Kira a massive advantage as Josuke went to save his friend and hayato had to risk his life

Biggest Fraud in JoJo would have to be Diavolo. Strong stand sure, but he has been outsmarted too many times by just not planning ahead beyond the 10 seconds he can see.
