Btw part 3 DIO doesn’t have vampire powers beside some healing so part 1 Dio has the advantage of fresh manipulation which gives him freezing and stinger eyes. Due to the freezing DIO can’t touch Dio and the only way to deal damage would be from knife throws but Dio can also do ranged attacks so idk

Probably part 3 DIO but it won’t be as easy as you think

Dio still has his vampire powers im pretty sure

he just doesnt use them cause stopping time is more effective and throwing knives gives him more aura points

He lost most of them or they stopped being effective because he used Johnathans body, a hamon user, and the hamon in Johnathans body made DIO weaker, at least the vampire side of him
