Since at the end of part 3 we see that Joseph gets revived and probably gets some of dios blood so why didn’t Joseph become a vampire?

so they just took out his blood and put it back in him
him being a hamon user might have had an effect in neutralizing any of the evil vampire blood in his system

yea there might've been a bit of dio blood but it either wasn't enough blood to turn him or his hamon user body just destroyed it automatically

I think it's because of the transfusion demanded by jotaro Kujo which was a succes in short time and being a hamon user. Hamon repells vampirism. But Joseph was dead at that time. So I think due to healing actions by Jotaro, the a little hamon may be flowing through his blood through breathing techniques which made a succesful transfusion and a prank to Jotaro
