First of all, I'd like to congratulate you because this is genuinely a very very well thought out stand idea. My only concern is that it reads a little similar to death 13 with the whole concept of being trapped in a sort of dream world. Other than that the concept is great and I really like how you gave a description of what it might look like too.

Now, as for the weakness, I think it would be fitting to work as follows:
The stand user must know every detail of the world that they create in the mind of the victim. You can fill in the blanks, however anything that is not filled in or is not known to the stand user will appear as a white void, which will make it easier for the victim to find out of their predicament sooner and escape. To be clearer on what I mean, say the victim is stood in their house, if the stand user has not seen the inside of the victim's house, or does not remember to fill anything in, the interior of the house will appear as this white void, with absolutely zero discernable features, and the victim will be free to move through it as one might float through water.
