it could be just a rock or meteor floating in outer space than dropped onto earth. maybe not part of a planet or something. but i don't think that there is a possibility of aliens having the stand. just imagine if pucci and giorno had some busted power then there might also be an alien with powers on universal scale. so, maybe it's effect or presence could have been sensed by our earthlings. but nothing like that was mentioned.
