Same reason Love Train which also effects luck and fate is able to be broken through. Ball Breaker also may be able to break though but probably wouldn't be able to outright kill them

Soft and Wet and Cream are probably immune to it too since they cease to exist.

Jailhouse Lock and other long range effect stands would probably be able to effect it outside of its effective range aswell. JailHouse Lock particularly as it may not be able to be noticed by GER due to its ability and how it exists only on walls
