Well in short:
I think Jotaro beats Josuke, Okuyasu, and Koichi without timestop cause he is stronger than Josuke and faster than Okuyasu. I also think that Koichi either won't do anything, won't be able to do much of anything with act 3, or could be somewhat useful as a trap setter with act 2 or distractor with act 1.
I personally don't think Rohan is part of the gang like Diego in part 7, but if he is there, he won't work well with Josuke and Okuyasu and his only win condition when timestop is considered is the manuscript.
Yuya is a full counter p much so dubskis, Yukako is very powerful so she could probably do some restraining, not much against time stop though. Shizuka is a Rohan win, and Shigechi is busted
