Since Emporio can only hide in his room (Ghost objects don't affect normal people or stand users so he can't hit people with his items) and Lucy doesn't have a stand without the corpse they are the most at risk.
Usagi and Abbachio are next as they have stands and are smart but can't use them properly without having setup, though I could see and argument for both of them.
Yasuho and Joseph are both very good with support and some offensive/future based utility but Joseph is mildly unpracticed in Hamon and is noticably not as lucky.
Okuyasu is probably the most powerful character here but he's stupid so unless he locks in he loses. He's a 50/50.
Caesar is the most trained, able to keep a good distance, has Hamon which works as a power enhancer for melee, and can cause psychological damage to part 3 Joseph.

He can beat the fuck out of Speedwagon with spin, he has dealt with a mf that was like Stroheim before, he’s too nice to kick Iggy so he’ll just befriend the mutt, Okuyasu is too dumb to understand the spin and would get his ass wooped, Abbacchio could give him a run for his money but I bet Gyro could pull through, Emporio ain’t doing shit, and Yasuho is less of a fighter and more of a strategist so yeah she’s not really winning

Part six: emporio’s stand is only defensive so it won’t do much.

2 days later, Lucy is searching the mall, yasuho gets a notification "pen" or "gun puzzle" she picks the gun puzzle and gets a toy gun that shoots plastic balls, not enough to do full damage but enough to leave a bruise. Lucy turns the corner as yasuho gets a text...

"Fire"

Yasuho hits Lucy's eye, stunning her enough for pluck to pierce her chest.

Caesar and Joseph decide to non fatally beat the others, during the search they study hamon again and reminisce

Lucy can just steal 2 swords. Speedwagon steals her nichirin but she pockets 2 daggers. Speedwagon grabs an axe to protect the kids. Speedwagon is preparing for the worst, so he gives the kids plate armor. Lucy and usagi are left to gather the weapons while emporio and speedwagon search for a new base. Usagi runs off to get food, Lucy follows him

Italian Plaza arc end

While they eat shrimp at Bubba gumps, Joseph and Caesar come across the weapons stash. They recognize a sword from the history of their family. Now armed with the sword of luck and pluck, Joseph has more drive to escape while Caesar is becoming enraged at the idea of this grandfather dying for someone who's things are being sold off

Yasuho is in the car dealership

As soon as Lucy and usagi see Caesar and Joseph in the lair, Lucy runs at them with 2 full blade tanto daggers. Lucy is knocked down by the 2 who explain that by beating her they're a step closer to escaping, and thst battle is the only way to emerge.

Abbachio replays the discovery of the lair and grabs some armor, maybe even a shortsword

Speedwagon returns with emporio immediately attacking Joseph and Caesar with his axe to save Lucy. They fight back and almost beat him before Lucy stabs Joseph in the robot hand. Speedwagon admonished Lucy but they manage to survive the fight with Joseph and Caesar, they suggest forming a team to find the last enemy and make a peaceful fighting ring on the pirate ship. Speedwagon then sees sees abbachio and after like everyone jumps him because he looks sus, he dies

The lair invasion arc end

The rest of the team goes to build a bear and set up the fighting area in the ship

Emporio vs Lucy

Lucy has to be pulled off and emporio gets first aid

Usagi vs Caesar

Caesar sweeps

Speedwagon vs joseph

Speedwagon manages to get some good hits in but gets knocked into the water

Caesar vs Lucy

Caesar holds back until a flurry of slashes. Caesar uses non lethal bubbles but Lucy flings a throwing knife and Caesar falls into the water, this splinters Joseph from the group. Caesar is the third death

Pirate ship tournament arc end

In the electronics store Joseph finds yasuho, after explaining the events of the lair battle and pirate ship tournament she agrees to help him due to their similar powers. They manage to find usagi when he ventured off to check out a cool dragon statue

Yasuho executes the plan she formed with Joseph to try and flirt to get access to the lair... It's so ass...... But usagi falls for it. Yasuho feels conflicted but Joseph knows that if they don't play dirty then Caesar will go unavenged

During the lair invasion usagi keeps a lookout, yasuho grabs a strange sword.

Now armed with the blades of chaos she thanks usagi. After their departure the others return from build a bear. Lucy looks at the weapons and shoots a glare at usagi

The next day he's missing, the team begin searching, finding him once more at Bubba Gump, now with the enemies. Joseph stands up, stretches, and pulls out a Tommy gun made by matte kudasai. Lucy ducks for cover with speedwagon and emporio, but emporio was one moment too late.

The fourth death is emporio.

Chinatown tragedy arc end

Lucy throws a knife at Joseph's knee and flees. Team jo☆ are now in the hotel, yasuho confesses her betrayal to usagi but he has decided to join.

A few days later at the sea lions, yasuho looks over as she hears an impact. Licy throws knives towards yasuho and usagi who are on lookout. The blades impale him as he falls forward to the sea lion. Yasuho looks back to Joseph, blaming his plan for the death of usagi. Joseph says that it was one of Lucy's knives. Yasuho gets a text to stand behind Joseph, she does and a knife flies into joseph's shoulder, where yasuho stood a moment before. Yasuho reveals her stand to Joseph, who is ecstatic at the thought of a humanoid stand. They escape into a nearby store and plan a way to enter and claim the lair

2 days later, Lucy is searching the mall, yasuho gets a notification "pen" or "gun puzzle" she picks the gun puzzle and gets a toy gun that shoots plastic balls, not enough to do full damage but enough to leave a bruise. Lucy turns the corner as yasuho gets a text...

"Fire"

Yasuho hits Lucy's eye, stunning her enough for pluck to pierce her chest.
