Plot-wise, Golden Wind probably
Doesn't have much in effect for the other Joestars bloodline members, even though it's very meme-filled and iconic to the fanbase I think the plot consequences matter. If GW is deleted, the story will just continue normally with Stone Ocean as again, deleting Golden Wind has less consequences than the others.

Part 1 is crucial to the story.
Part 3 too. If it's gone then that means no more JoJo's.
Not sure with Part 8 as of now.
