Pet Shop absolutely rips and tears Iggy, Stray Cat, and Bug Eaten with just how fast they are. All of these small creatures are normal food sources for hawks. Not to mention Pet Shop is just built DIFFERENT. Iggy literally talks about how he is so evil his body morphed to have an evil grin. Strength has a chance against them as he is pretty powerful and generally human levels of intelligence but NOTHING he can do can match Pet Shops speed. Pet Shop probably can't beat Iwasuke just cause he has ways to phase through objects and rock hard skin but Iwasuke also wouldn't be smart enough to beat Pet Shop besides that so it would come to a stalemate.
Now this brings us to a weird question, is Foo Fighters still sentient without the stand or are they sentient because they're a stand? I haven't watched part 6 in awhile so I don't remember what the consensus to their character arc was
