which shouldn't be possible because obviously his hand is still considered a living organism (which is how he can create hands with his ability like when he made a new hand during the notorious big fight), and he can't turn living organisms into other living organisms, it has to be an inanimate object

so first of all

A) how did he turn his hand into a piranha when his freshly severed hand is still considered a living organism and therefore does not meet the requirements for gold e's ability
B) how did the hand invade baby face's body when he never absorbed it with his ability, baby face himself had no idea where the hand went, so he didn't eat it himself, how did the hand go inside his body then???
