Where was Giorno in Part 6? why didn’t GER do anything to Pucci resetting the universe?

Is it possible that Giorno can RTZ the universe reset but chose not to? GER isn’t a close or long range stand since its stand stats are nonexistent. Unless Giorno had some indirect involvement as to allow a universe created without Pucci and he just lives there now? wtf happened?

another thing, its possible IF it did count as a danger, Giorno wasn't near the requiem arrow, and couldn't RTZ it.

GER only rtz things that are DIRECT attacks to Giorno, so Pucci would have needed to go to Italy and try to attack Giorno with MIH, the time accleration was NOT a direct attack, due to tine being a natural thing thats always around Giorno

the only way giorno got "attacked" during it is if some speed up car or smth try to crash into him

GER seems to operate in a very transcendent way, but I may be giving it more credit that it has in terms of understanding the fate of the universe (especially when the point of the MIH fight is operating outside of fate)
