I mean, if you argue SP can break TW's fingers, TW also has more range. 10m compared to SP's 2m.
SP might be slightly stronger, but I feel the range advantage gives TW the overall edge in a battle.

@agile vine if you put it into the perspective of Dio, my stand is a close range power type which is also kinda nimble and fast. Jotaru, my stand is a medium range power type (don’t forget about them fingers), it’s very nimble and fast.

The World can only stop time for longer because Dio is a vampire. Without vampirism, The World and Star Platinum would stop time for the same amount of time because they are the same stand. Star Platinum is stronger than The World because Star Platinum was able to crack The World at the end. So The World is stronger with vampirism and weaker without vampirism.

Star platinum has more raw power and less range when it comes to stopping time, as well as less time when stopping time (5 seconds)
