This is because Bruno cancelled Chariot Requiem’s ability, forcing King Crimson to return back to Diavolo’s body. If you check the episode/chapter, you will hear him say that he never actually pierced himself

Well, in part 4 also, the arrow was the one choosing who it shoulld pierce. And also arrow pierced Kira itself

the arrow sensed kira and gave him a requiem

but just because a stand in specific became requiem

doesnt exclude others

also before i hear the kq is not a requiem and stuff

im counting a requiem (as of this post) to just be a stand evovled by a stand arrow
