Some stands just don't mirror the damage onto their user
A good example is iggys stand: the fool
It gets hit with icicles from horus, it even gets erased by cream and iggy was fine
I guess the doll just doesn't transfer the damage either
It raises the question if hazamada was still a stand user after that though since we never see surface again
